what time is class? |

Classes begin at 9:00am and typically end at 5:00pm. You may arrive anytime after 8:15am. |

There is a sign-in sheet in the reception area on the first day of class. There will be no need to sign in the rest of the week. |

getting hungry? |
| |
Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juice are available all day in the coffee station.
There are also numerous well known eateries within two blocks of the center. |

where can i park? |
| |
There are several parking garages within two blocks of the training center.
Scotia Place Parking is accessible only via 101 st. Note that you cannot turn onto 101st from Jasper Ave, therefore it is easiest to access the parkade by turning onto 101st via 102 Ave. |
