This is a basic course for technical architects, systems engineers, UNIX and DataStage administrators, and Extract, Transformation and Load (ETL) technical leads.

DataStage Essentials (Server or Enterprise Edition) (recommended)
Understanding of system architecture concepts
Knowledege of Windows and client/server concepts
Understanding of Windows, UNIX, and Linus operating system administration skills
Relational Data Base Management Systems (RDBMS) knowledge

Back up and restore considerations
