The course delivers a focussed review of the concepts and processes in the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). In addition, there are tips and techniques for passing the exam and 200 practice questions are provided.

The course fulfils PMI's requirement that prospective PMP's have 35 contact hours of instructor-led project management education prior to writing the examination.

This course is designed for the experienced project manager who has experience managing projects and has read the PMBOK at least once. It covers all major topics of the examination as well as the supplementary knowledge tested in the examination but which is not in the PMBOK and assumes an already existing knowledge of these concepts.
