This is a basic course for network administrators or other individuals who configure, use, and support TCP/IP and common network services such as PPP, DNS, DHCP, NFS, and NIS on AIX version 5.

Implement your knowledge of the AIX environment and commands
Work with System Management Interface Tool (SMIT) in configuring your system
Edit files with vi (visual editor)
Understand file systems, directories, files and their security
Understand the concept of mounting file systems
