This course is designed for experienced WebSphere Customer Center (WCC) practitioners who want to learn about Workbench feature introduced in InfoSphere Master Data Management (MDM) Server release. This course is focused on the core features of the Workbench: running the development environment setup tool (DEST), creating an addition, and creating an extension. For each of these core areas, the instructor will explain the high-level concepts and do an instructor led demonstration. Heavy emphasis is put on exercises and activities, allowing course participants to apply the knowledge that they learn in the classroom, after course conclusion.
