  This is an intermediate course intended for users who fill the role of configuration manager in their organizations. Some knowledge of ClearCase is assumed. No knowledge of ClearCase administration is assumed.

Prerequisites
  You should complete:
 

  • Principles of Software Configuration Management (SCM101) (Web-based training)

  • You should also complete:

  • Essentials of Rational ClearCase for Windows (SCM270) (RS501) or

 

  • Essentials of Rational ClearCase for UNIX (SCM271) (RS511) or

  • At least six months of on-the-job ClearCase experience

  • You must also have one year of experience working with Microsoft Windows NT or UNIX
