  • Know how to managing computer networks with TCP/IP protocols.

  • Have some system administrator experience, at least one-year, for UNIX and/or Microsoft Windows environments.

  • Have some basic knowledge of relational database management systems.

 

  • Know how to track defects and change requests with Rational ClearQuest.

  • Be able to develop scripts with VBScript and Perl.

  • Understand the need for collaborative development.
