Part 1: During the first two days, learn about Rational Unified Process (RUP). Part 2: On the third and forth days, dive deeper into the changes needed to transition from traditional to iterative project management. PRJ270: Essentials of the Rational Unified Process V7.0 (RP401), 2 days
PRJ480: Mastering the Management of Iterative Development V2 (RP601), 2 days

Prerequisites
  There are no prerequisites for this course. However, individuals that have had no exposure to RUP can benefit by having previously taken WBT: PRJ110: Principles of Rational Unified Process. You should have some project management experience.
