CLEARWATER, Fla. — February 21, 2023— ExitCertified has been awarded two new awards from ForgeRock for 2022.
ExitCertified was named Training Partner of the Year, Americas; and ExitCertified instructor Mike Stapleton won the Instructor of the Year award.
To select winners for awards, ForgeRock leveraged six sigma standards using the results of Metrics that Matter quality statistics. ForgeRock acknowledged ExitCertified for showing “a commitment to superior quality and operational management and demonstrating superior collaboration and teamwork.”
Kevin Streater, Vice President of ForgeRock University, said, “ExitCertified has continued to prove to be a leader in the IT training industry. ExitCertified has demonstrated a very high level of training delivery to ForgeRock's customers and partners.”
Regarding Stapleton, Streater said, “Mike always goes above and beyond for his students: As one student highlighted; ‘Michael was willing to stay late with me and work on a troublesome lab, he even did extra research to find an answer.’ One of our most advanced instructors in the ForgeRock Instructor Network, Mike helps us improve upon courses by providing constructive feedback on complex classes.”
Stapleton achieved a 48% Net Promoter Score (NPS) as an overall average in 2022, a 53% increase over 2021. He has consistently been one of the top-performing ForgeRock-authorized instructors. Last year, he was awarded a Standing Ovation award from ForgeRock for Q3 2022.
