From Amanda Alderman, ASPE President: “A lot of executives are starting to see the benefits others have gotten from DevOps and are beginning to recognize how valuable those benefits would be for their own organization. In turn, they begin investing in training and instructing teams to use Agile practices. Although a great start, teams are limited by their context. The frustration of the students attending our DevOps Implementation Boot Camp is palpable when they tell us, “We’d love to operate this way, but they won’t let us.” And, unfortunately, when teams are limited like this, organizations are not able to fully realize the benefits of DevOps. That’s where we, as the senior leaders, come in. It’s up to us to set the tone and alter expectations; to make sure that our organizations aren’t just using DevOps tools but are making the cultural and organizational changes that are necessary. We created this workshop specifically for senior leaders to explore what it takes for organizations to fully embrace DevOps, and use those insights to design action plans for enabling, encouraging, and empowering DevOps in their own organizations.” This workshop is best as a full-day, off-site engagement for the entire senior leadership team and your organization’s DevOps champion(s). An expert experienced at guiding organizations through DevOps transformations will lead you in:
Future State with DevOps
DevOps Principles, Practices, Tools
Strategic DevOps Plan
Tactical DevOps Plans
Next Steps toward DevOps

The class was very vast paced however the teacher was very good at checking in on us while giving us time to complete the labs.
Our instructor Mohammad Meimandi was a great resource. He helped clarify a lot of concepts. Overall I liked the Quiklabs as they offered a great hands-on experience to drive the concepts.
