Lean Fundamentals training introduces the principles of Lean and the overall importance of focusing on what adds value to the and provides candidates methods to recognize wastes in processes as well as identify barriers to flow and implement pull in their current processes.

A project Certification is required to become a Lean Agent and this project is a real process improvement that the candidates choose to implement for their current employer.

Note: The Lean Fundamentals Live Instructor course is scheduled as a three-day course taking place from Tuesday to Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm Eastern Time. The available class dates show the first and last day of the course. For example, a class date of Tuesday, March 11, 2025 thru Thursday, March 13.

Note: The Lean Fundamentals On-Demand course takes about 20 hours of training with 6-month access to complete it at your own pace. This is a self-paced format with 24/7 access, fully online, and you need an internet connection. You can register and start training whenever you want. There is no live engagement with the instructor during the training portion, but you have an email where you can ask questions for follow-up if necessary. Remote mentoring time for the project certification is included.
