This two-day instructor-led class gives participants broad study of networking options on Google Cloud. Through a combination of presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on labs, participants explore and deploy Google Cloud networking technologies, such as Google Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) networks, subnets, firewalls; interconnection among networks; load balancing; Cloud DNS; Cloud CDN; Cloud NAT. The course will also cover common network design patterns and automated deployment using Deployment Manager or Terraform.

Who Can Benefit

This course is intended for the following participants:

  • This class is intended for network engineers and network admins that are either using Google Cloud or are planning to do so. The class is also for individuals that want to be exposed to software-defined networking solutions in the cloud.

Prerequisites

The Google Cloud Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure course is a prerequisite. This course is included in the on-demand Coursera specialization. Additionally, learners should have prior understanding of the OSI 7-layer model and IPv4 addressing and experience in managing IPv4 routes.

The AWS Training & Certification course was fantastic. Ryan Dymek was the instructor; he was awesome. I learned a lot in 3 days!

Very good and easy system, Azure pass registration process should be slightly better with not having to get a new outlook account.

Great course, the labs were the best part of the course because it helped the material and information really sink in. We did have issues with one of the labs not being correct though

Well organized, but the training should have included lab times as well, labs won't be done during breaks.

I would highly recommend this instructor. But would appreciate the Actual Slide material to refresh. Also exam prep doc would be an advantage
