Seating is Limited -- Act Now to Secure your Seat!
The Microlearning program begins with a 3.5 hour instructor-led course delivery, followed by three Tech Advisory (2 hour) sessions in the weeks following the first event - and includes 30 days access to Google Cloud Skills Boost. Training class schedule is as follows:
Instructor-led Training session (3.5 hours)
- October 30, 1:00-4:30pm EDT
Tech Advisory Session 1
- November 13, 1:00-3:00pm EDT
Tech Advisory Session 2
- November 20, 1:00-3:00pm EDT
Tech Advisory Session 3
- November 27, 1:00-3:00pm EDT
This 30-day training experience starts with an instructor-led microlearning session and then makes use of the dynamic Google Cloud Skills Boost (GCSB) platform, where attendees will get unlimited access to perform hands-on lab exercises within a Google Cloud environment for 30 days - along with authorized Google Cloud skill building reference materials and collateral.
To get you up and running quickly on Google Cloud, it is imperative that you get hands-on experience immediately and that's where this program will focus its efforts. This workshop session will equip attendees with a) an understanding of the purpose and use of BigQuery and b) an overview of the options for loading data into BigQuery.
The program assumes that attendees have already heard the benefits of moving data and analysis to the Cloud and aims to get them launching their first data warehouse workload with BigQuery as a way of learning about the available options. In the weeks following the class, there will be two Tech Advisory sessions scheduled where students can ask follow-up questions and receive targeted advisory.
