When does class start/end?
Classes begin promptly at 9:00 am, and typically end at 5:00 pm.

This course is a study guide that will assist you in preparing for the Installation and Implementation Certification Test. It provides a review of the objectives for the test. There are a number of identified simulation courses, videos, communities, documents, and technical notes provided to guide you in preparing. As you complete each area the item is checked-off so you know exactly were you left off in your preparation. The course does not expose any actual test questions, however it does make use of the example questions so you will have a better idea of how the actual test will feel.
