When does class start/end?
Classes begin promptly at 9:00 am, and typically end at 5:00 pm.
This course teaches ClearQuest administrators how to customize ClearQuest forms and processes. It also teaches user administration.
ClearQuest is a fully customizable database workflow application development and production system. It provides flexible change and defect tracking, customizable processes, near real-time reporting, and lifecycle traceability for better visibility and control of the software development lifecycle.
Audience
ClearQuest admins, managers, team leaders, or users who need to customize ClearQuest to meet workgroup requirements.
Prerequisites
• Familiarity with the Eclipse IDE is recommended.
• No previous ClearQuest experience required. This course covers the basic ClearQuest functionality required to support and test customization and user admin activities.

Objectives

Classes begin promptly at 9:00 am, and typically end at 5:00 pm.
Lunch is normally an hour long and begins at noon. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juice are available all day in the kitchen. Fruit, muffins and bagels are served each morning. There are numerous restaurants near each of our centers, and some popular ones are indicated on the Area Map in the Student Welcome Handbooks - these can be picked up in the lobby or requested from one of our ExitCertified staff.
If someone should need to contact you while you are in class, please have them call the center telephone number and leave a message with the receptionist.

The method of training and delivery via Zoom was excellent. The Labs were very well planned and organized. The material could have been organized a little better.
Great experience with using the online training with Webcam and Zoom. It is as if I was there in the same classroom but in the comfort of my own setting.
