When does class start/end?
Classes begin promptly at 9:00 am, and typically end at 5:00 pm.
This course teaches project setup and configuration and plan configuration for Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) formerly Rational® Team Concert (RTC).
This hands-on course takes students through the advanced tasks required to control permissions, schedules, and team assignments. It also covers configuration of the various plans needed to provide users with the views and functionality required to meet team scheduling, workflow, and reporting processes.
EWM is the workflow management component of the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management tool suite (formerly Rational CLM). EWM provides a scalable solution for answering the following questions: What are we doing? Who is doing it? And how is it progressing?
After completing this course, students will be able to create and configure projects, teams, timelines, role-based permissions, and plan views in EWM.

Lunch is normally an hour long and begins at noon. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juice are available all day in the kitchen. Fruit, muffins and bagels are served each morning. There are numerous restaurants near each of our centers, and some popular ones are indicated on the Area Map in the Student Welcome Handbooks - these can be picked up in the lobby or requested from one of our ExitCertified staff.

Content was good. Unfortunately the instructor got sick on day 3, and the flow was interrupted as a result.
Course information were appropriate, All communication related to course were on time.
A lot of information for a short amount of time, but organized in a manner that's digestible. The labs are extremely helpful, and kind of fun.
Virtual delivery and coordination of the course was great. It had to be rescheduled several times by ExitCertified was always on top of things.
The instructors are great and the course it's very detailed.
