This course teaches the Rational Team Concert (RTC) functionality used for typical collaboration workflow, including work items, backlog and team plans, queries, and dashboards.

RTC is a software development tool that enables teams to manage all aspects of their work in a single integrated product. Built on the IBM Jazz platform, RTC supports collaborative lifecycle management for agile and waterfall environments, including agile and formal planning, process definition, task and defect tracking, source and revision control, build automation, and reporting.

Audience
All project contributors who will use the RTC web interface to create and edit work items or monitor work item progress and project schedules.

Prerequisites
No previous RTC experience required.

When does class start/end?

Classes begin promptly at 9:00 am, and typically end at 5:00 pm.

Does the course schedule include a Lunchbreak?

Lunch is normally an hour long and begins at noon. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juice are available all day in the kitchen. Fruit, muffins and bagels are served each morning. There are numerous restaurants near each of our centers, and some popular ones are indicated on the Area Map in the Student Welcome Handbooks - these can be picked up in the lobby or requested from one of our ExitCertified staff.
