This course has been updated to the October 2019 update of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Apps.

This course provides students with a detailed hands-on experience of setting up, configuring, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement using the native power-user tools and the Power Platform.

Attendees of this course will gain an in-depth understanding of configuring Dynamics 365 through the Power Platform Admin Center, setup and support the Dynamics 365 Security Model, learn how to customize the Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Apps, create and maintain Processes and Flows, and manage changes using Solutions to package and deploy customizations across multiple environments.

The course applies to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Apps, Power Automate and the Power Platform with the October 2019 update.
