This course will be applicable for customers who have implemented Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 or Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.

In this course, participants learn how to set up and use Oracle Payables to manage the accounts payable process. They learn how to create and manage suppliers and supplier bank accounts, process individual and recurring invoices, match invoices to purchase orders or receipts, use multiple distribution methods, and process various types of payments. When does class start/end?

Classes begin promptly at 9:00 am, and typically end at 5:00 pm.

Lunchtime?

Lunch is normally an hour long and begins at noon. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juice are available all day in the kitchen. Fruit, muffins and bagels are served each morning. There are numerous restaurants near each of our centers, and some popular ones are indicated on the Area Map in the Student Welcome Handbooks - these can be picked up in the lobby or requested from one of our ExitCertified staff.

How can someone reach me during class?

If someone should need to contact you while you are in class, please have them call the center telephone number and leave a message with the receptionist.

What languages are used to deliver training?

Most courses are conducted in English, unless otherwise specified. Some courses will have the word "FRENCH" marked in red beside the scheduled date(s) indicating the language of instruction.

The course is well organized, and I would recommend it. The cadence can be faster.

Instructor was engaging, very knowledgeable, and explained things clearly. Labs were helpful in getting used to the tools that were being taught. Course location (Atlanta Microtek facility) was very comfortably set up. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone learning a new skill. (I took the 3-day AWS Big Data training).

I felt the instructor had a wealth of knowledge. I would have liked to get access to the class materials sooner and have more time to access the labs. I would prefer to go through the lab in tandem with the materials
