In this course you learn how to perform spreadsheet risk analysis using Crystal Ball Standard Edition. The course introduces Monte Carlo Simulation and probability distributions, and then applies those concepts using a variety of data sets in Crystal Ball. You learn to create assumptions and forecasts, and analyze simulation results. You also learn how to optimize decisions with OptQuest and perform time series forecasting with Predictor. Exercises help you to practice the skills taught. Please note this course does not have a lab environment or practice exercises.

On day two, you develop advanced Crystal Ball models, expedite the model-building process, and apply the analytical tools of Crystal Ball Professional Edition. Advanced topics, including optimization and time-series forecasting, advanced assumptions, forecast options, and precision controls, are also covered. The emphasis in the second half of this course is on learning to make optimal decisions by using the combined power of Crystal Ball and OptQuest.
