In this course, students learn to use advanced features of Oracle CRM On Demand V3 Analytics to support custom business reporting needs. These include learning how to: apply advanced formatting and layouts; create and apply multiple filters for rolling date analyses and negative reporting; use advanced formulas and calculated columns; build comparative reports using prompts; create custom dashboards; and, track usage and performance. These skills enable advanced users to build easy-to-use analyses and dashboards that meet complex reporting needs. This course was reviewed and validated for Release 36 of Oracle CRM On Demand V3 Analytics.

Hands-on exercises based on real business examples reinforce the skills and knowledge taught in the course. This provides an opportunity for students to practice new skills in a safe environment with instructor support.

When does class start/end?

Classes begin promptly at 9:00 am, and typically end at 5:00 pm.

Does the course schedule include a Lunchbreak?

Lunch is normally an hour long and begins at noon. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juice are available all day in the kitchen. Fruit, muffins and bagels are served each morning. There are numerous restaurants near each of our centers, and some popular ones are indicated on the Area Map in the Student Welcome Handbooks - these can be picked up in the lobby or requested from one of our ExitCertified staff.

The instructor was very good but there were a few technical problems form cognizant's end that made things difficult from time to time.

I recommend this course for anyone who is interested in data mining and analytics.

It was quick and easy to sign up and attend the class. Instructions were easy to follow. I appreciate the reminder emails of class date/time.

This is my first training from ExitCertified. I would like to download course materials in pdf rather in some portal. It would be good to get a sandbox environment for labs as well.
