This course will introduce attendees how to the principles behind the DevOps movement and how to use them to design, construct, operate and maintain production automation systems. The course covers topics such as Agile software development, continuous integration, continuous delivery, continuous deployment, infrastructure automation and other DevOps related innovations. Attendees will learn how DevOps addresses technical and human-centered disciplines in areas of engineering, organizational dynamics and project management through robust communications and collaboration practices. A particular focus is given to DevOps toolchains, including configuration management automation solution, build and test automation, and next generation cloud native systems. Upon course completion attendees will have a clear understanding of the DevOps space, its use cases and the tools and processes that organizations and employ to excel.
