Read MoreInfluxDB is a time series database built from the ground up to handle high write and query loads. It is the second piece of the TICK stack. InfluxDB is meant to be used as a backing store for any use case involving large amounts of timestamped data, including DevOps monitoring, application metrics, IoT sensor data, and real-time analytics.
This intensive two day hands on course is designed to provide working IT, development and devops staff with a comprehensive introduction to InfluxDB and the TICK stack. Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of InfluxDB and it operation. Students will gain hands on experience working with InfluxDB, Telegraf, Chronograf and Kapacitor in lab sessions following each module. The course covers the benefits of InfluxDB in modern monitoring and metrics telemetry solutions and exposes students to and to end solutions using InfluxDB in the context of the opensource TICK stack. Upon completion of the course attendees will have the skills and information necessary to begin designing and working with InfluxDB in production settings.
