Course Content

  • How Agile ASAP supports deployment of the A2O projects
  • How you can apply Agile in design-based projects – solutions where we may not have RDS coverage yet
  • How to assess fit for use of Agile in customer project situation
  • Review of the Agile use cases from wide range of real customer cases
  • Discuss how Agile is implemented in ASAP 8 methodology from Project Preparation, through Scope Validation, Realization all the way to Operation of the solution
  • We will conduct 8 different exercises to let the team experience the Agile process and practice it on specific use case – from navigation through the Agile ASAP methodology, through experiencing the time boxed iterations, to doing a use case of CPG company building CRM solution (both from product owner and agile project team side)
  • We will also review the role of SAP Solution Manager in Agile projects and discussed fit of Design Thinking in the Agile ASAP framework
  • At the end of the class you will assess your learnings in short assessment

When does class start/end?

Classes begin promptly at 9:00 am, and typically end at 5:00 pm.

Does the course schedule include a Lunchbreak?

Lunch is normally an hour long and begins at noon. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juice are available all day in the kitchen. Fruit, muffins and bagels are served each morning. There are numerous restaurants near each of our centers, and some popular ones are indicated on the Area Map in the Student Welcome Handbooks - these can be picked up in the lobby or requested from one of our ExitCertified staff.

The course is perfectly designed with material and labs to get hands on experience on AWS, nicely done!

Well organized course, supporting materials, and instructor. Good intro to AWS for various levels of participants - managers to developers.

Content is consistent with the class you enroll in. Instructor was thorough and engaging.

It was a pretty good general overview. To actually use this stuff, however, I recognize that there would need to be a further dive.

The course had a balanced structure with labs that helped supplement the learning material and it was incredibly beginner friendly.
