  • Business overview of time evaluation
  • Understanding time evaluation in the SAP system and analysing errors
  • Concept of the time evaluation driver RPTIME00 and the log
  • Processing time evaluation messages with the Time Manager's Workplace (TMW),
  • Customising time evaluation in the schema and in the personnel calculation rules
  • Data collection in time evaluation
  • PRR as a tool for time evaluation (personnel calculation rules and operations)
  • Learning to understand and customise personnel calculation schema TM00
  • Finding the "common thread" in unknown customer schemas

Notes

  • In this course, the functionalities of ERP 6.0 EH8 and HCM on S/4HANA are discussed, but older SAP releases can also be covered on request. Please ask the trainer.
  • The HR310 course (time evaluation based on clock times) is aimed at members of the project team. Although it also covers the basic knowledge required for the daily work of a time data administrator, the course is somewhat too intensive for this group of employees.
  • The HR311 course (time evaluation on the basis of hours) is an alternative, not a supplement to HR310 (time evaluation on the basis of clock times) and is mainly used in the USA. For tax reasons, this topic is not relevant for German-speaking countries.
