The Situation

A leading Fortune 500 company specializing in human resources management solutions needed to rapidly upskill and onboard new Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers to support its growing AI initiatives. Methodology

Axcel ILT began by conducting in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, team leads, and new hires, to gain a thorough understanding of the company's objectives, technical environment, and existing skill gaps. We performed pre-assessments to gauge the participants' baseline knowledge and tailor the program accordingly. The Solution

We designed a blended learning program that combined the best of instructor-led training and self-paced learning. The program was delivered through a mix of:
