Tuition (USD): $4,975.00 • Classroom (9 days)

This two-week Six Sigma Master Black Belt training and certification program was created by SixSigma.us to provide an advanced and focused approach to Six Sigma projects and statistical methods. It provides the training necessary to be a Six Sigma leader within any organization. The program goes beyond traditional Black Belt skills and incorporates new tools regarding the study of variation, nonparametric analysis, destructive testing, multi-vari experiments, practical experimentation, handling attribute responses (above and beyond Freeman-Tukey), optimization experiments, advanced regression methods, handling multi-response experiments, distributional analysis, and advanced SPC methods.

  • Minitab software is required for training.

Skills Gained

  • High-level statistical knowledge
  • Elements used most often with Six Sigma projects
  • DMAIC roadmap
  • Statistical awareness required to lead four-week Black Belt programs
  • Capacity to deal with hard decisions with a straightforward approach.

Who Can Benefit

Black Belt-certified individuals who are ready to take the next step and become a Six Sigma leader

Prerequisites

The instructor will schedule an in-depth interview with each student to evaluate required elements and knowledge. After the interview, if you meet all the criteria, the instructor will recommend Master Black Belt certification. CEU and PDU credits will be provided after you successfully complete the training and required exam. You must attend all training and participate in all classroom exercises. If you miss more than one day of training, you must complete make up work before you may take the final exam and/or receive a training certificate. To receive PDUs or CEUs, you must pass a comprehensive online exam.

  • Black Belt certification (you must provide a copy of your certificate)
  • You must have led or mentored at least 10 projects (at least one project must be in detail)
  • All projects do not need to be DMAIC
  • All other projects must be listed with information that includes who, what, when, and where
  • You must have delivered at least 40 hours of some type of training
  • Evidence that you have taken a leadership or other type of soft skills training for at least one week
