This PMP training course is not just a test prep course. Learn Project Management using the context of the PMI® Process Groups through skills-based training developed using a proven methodology to meet your PMP goals. Study exam topics through the lens of the Ten Knowledge Areas while developing and reinforcing real-world project management skills. The first part of this PMP/CAPM training course leads you through the Project Management Life Cycle using the context of the PMI Process Groups. It teaches project management the way it’s practiced, from start to finish. This methodology builds on your existing knowledge base to enable you to adopt the precise language and standardized terminology of PMI, and build real-world project management skills. The second part of the course examines the specific skills of project management through the lens of the Ten Knowledge Areas. Special importance is given to those concepts which historically have been emphasized by PMI, including memorization of guides and diagrams. Intense question review and focused memorization are an integral part of this section. This PMP/CAPM course also offers in–class practice exams to help you learn not only the project management knowledge, but also the nature of the Project Management Professional exam, the types of questions asked, and the form the questions take. Through practice exercises you will gain valuable information, learn how to rapidly recall important facts, and generally increase your test–taking skills. Exam Pass Guarantee: If you take the PMP® exam within four weeks of taking this PMP training course and do not pass your first attempt, send us the score report and ASPE will allow you to attend another live, online delivery of the PMP Certification Boot Camp session within one year at no additional cost. If you do not pass the first retake, ASPE will provide you a second examination voucher at the PMI member rate free of charge. PMI, PMP and PMBOK are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc. Offer may expire without notice. Fantastic and great training. Tons of hands-on labs to really make you understand the material being thought.

Course trainer was excellent, content was well organized. However, labs should be instructor lead versus on your own. Much time is wasted for newbees in getting acclimated to tool set, AWS environment, navigating and setting up things to complete tasks. This was my third class and I was barely able to finish most of the labs. (The first 2 classes I only finished one lab exercise for the 2 together.)

Setup for the training was easy and participants were mostly provided with the necessary things for continued learning, however, a couple people in my class dealt with technical issues with their virtual machines in the virtual training.

Facility was well laid out. Well stocked break room & bathroom within close walk. Also, the woman working the front desk/professional support was very helpful and professional, and responsive to our requests.

I would certainly go through ExitCertified again for future trainings.

Excellent course. Ruben Lopez is an outstanding instructor. Learned tons of information. Would recommend ExitCertified to anyone!
