CLEARWATER, Fla., Dec. 19, 2022, ExitCertified, a Shyft Global Services company, has recognized three instructors as a Top-Quality Instructor of the Quarter for Q4 2022.
While none of the Q4 winners are new to receiving this award, other ExitCertified instructors have also won various awards this year. Links to those awards are listed below.
For Q4, Vinay Gupta, Michael MacKay, and Vince Rightley were each recognized for their excellence based on ExitCertified’s student surveys. Students acknowledged the instructors for their outstanding abilities in IT training delivery, including the use of course materials and labs. Furthermore, students praised the instructors’ expertise and course presentations and said they would recommend the courses they took.
This marks the second consecutive Top-Quality Instructor of the Quarter win for Gupta who has 22 years of experience as a trainer and 15 years of consulting experience. In the past five years at ExitCertified, he has taught more than 2,000 students. He holds degrees in civil and structural engineering, and is a specialist in IBM products, particularly those that relate to business analytics. He holds numerous IBM certifications in exam development and analytics and holds the AWS SysOps Administrator - Associate certification, as well as the AWS Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) certification, which showcases knowledge and skills in AWS technology across a wide range of AWS services.
MacKay also won a Top-Quality Instructor of the Quarter award for Q2. In his 20 years of working as an IT instructor with ExitCertified, he has taught more than 4,000 students. This is his second win this year for A former originator and director of an internet access project at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in Ukraine, he worked an international election observer for three presidential elections in Ukraine. McKay is an is an AWS Authorized Instructor Champion.
This marks the eighth consecutive quarter that Rightley has been named a Top-Quality Instructor of the Quarter. In November, VMware named him a VMware Instructor of Excellence. He has been a technical instructor for more than a decade and previously worked as a solution architect and project manager. He began his teaching career at Purdue University Indianapolis where he taught Introduction to Computers and Quantitative Analysis.
