Bill started in the computer field in late 1979 while studying at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.  Over the years he worked for a number of companies as either a system administrator, programmer, network administrator, database instructor or full-time instructor.  Bill has worked on or used every model of system from Digital Equipment, Sun Microsystems, and various smaller companies.  Bill has used Vax/VMS, SunOS, Solaris, Microsoft Windows, as well as just about every distribution of Linux over the years. 

Taught all the Docker, Kubernetes. and Openstack courses from Mirantis as well as a number of courses from Microsoft. 

Zack joined Mirantis' Solution Architecture team as a New Jersey native. Coming from the consulting space, he has consulted and advised commercial organizations in the software engineering domain: helping them with strategic decisions, sharpen their software engineering teams, develop and modernize applications, and educate on the latest architectures.
